You can try to not look at the math of the situation, if you did your statement for #3 is completely false. I can accept that as I like the game as is. Sorry but your reason for co-op is completely busted by the premise of the game they designed it to be. You're simply whining about co-op and not really making a case for it. Originally posted by ArcticKitsu: Nothing went over my head. You also have to remember, only a very few Subnautica players are actually asking for it. We are just saying that the devs have said "NO." to multiplayer and we get tired of people who don't want to accept that and keep spamming the forums with requests for something that is not going to happen. How's that working out? Let's shove some more threads under the rug :) Look, we aren't saying that there are not people who would enjoy multiplayer. You guys can clearly see all those threads right? All those multiplayer threads? You guys are simply shoving them under the rug right now. I've got no ego to inflate, I'm just trying to point out a 'supply & demand' thing. I still enjoy Subnautica, and I'm having a blast, yet there's this void that needs to be filled in through supply and demand that OTHERS are requesting. I'm just pointing things out that should be pointed out, yet if you want to ignore me because of it then be my guest. Sleep well tonight while other people have nightmares at night. It's a shame gamers aren't united that they want to kick other people around, witch hunting them any chance they get. A co-op mod being made for, and something I'm going to wait for. What does your posting add to anything? There's that irony going around, yet I guess it's best not to mention it. I wonder what it’s like to feel so self important that you think making a thread that’s been made 1000x times already will somehow make them change their mind. You realize that especially with a title like this that they won’t even read it. This game truly needs co-op.More so once we gain that Arctic DLC.īan me if you have to, yet that just goes to show Subnautica needs co-op in this sort of game.Ĭan you somehow explain how the Devs locking your thread proves your point about MP? All it just does is cancel out both our points that nobody ends up being right. Seeing as they won't I'll just wait it out for the mod while facepalming pretending to be witty by bringing singleplayer games into the mix to prove their point when there's a counter point of what I listed in #2. ![]() ![]() It may not be for those singleplayers or trolls pretending to be singleplayer folks, yet more towards youtubers and niche sandbox gamer type people.Īll the devs have to do is attach a 2 player co-op after beating the game, and done. Sorry, but with all the threads spawning this game truly needs some form of co-op mode so interested people can play with one another. Not GTAO, nor PUBG multiplayer, yet dedicated servers on the level of Minecraft, Terraria, Starbound, Astroneers, Medieval Engineers, Rising World, Colony Survival, and Ylands hosting. Game is fine as singleplayer, yet it needs some form of co-op or P2P element for those wanting to have fun with their buddies.ģ) So many 'Multiplayer' threads simply goes to show this game needs co-op support. This just goes to show this game needs co-op. They even said it during the livestream that they were interested in doing so, yet had to cut it out.Ģ) Co-op mod - That's fine, yet it should have been a developer task. 1) Developers mentioned that they wanted to add co-op many times, yet they stated "no" to the idea because of finance/development plans.
